A lot of people think that one online slot game is as good as any
slot machine. They find the game they like or that looks good to them
and they start to play. One major thing that they are not considering is
that they should learn how to read the games, by looking at the pay
tables. Slot machines offer some of the biggest payouts around and many
for some of the smallest bets. However you do need to know which games
to play and how much to bet on each one. If you are out to make big
bucks and bet big then you should choose progressives but if you are not
willing to bet as big then you should find a game that doesn't require
maximum bet to win big. There are many types of online slot machines
that you should look for when choosing which game to play.
The first is multiplier, this game has a pay out for a symbol and for
the number of coins bet multiplies that pay out. This type of game does
not penalize you if you are only playing for one coin, so if you are
only planning on playing one coin at a time then this is the game for
you.
Another one to look for is the bonus multiplier which runs about the
same as a multiplier except that if gives you a bonus when you play the
maximum amount of coins and you hit the jackpot. This is a game that you
need to decide whether you want to play that extra coin or not. If you
do then you could stand to win extra if you hit the jackpot. The
multiple payline slot games have more than one line of pay. Each coin
that you bet represents a particular line. If you play and hit a winner
on a line that isn't bet on then you don't receive anything. It used to
be that the most paylines you could find was three now some of the newer
slot games can have up to nine paylines for you to bet on.
The last kind of game to look for is
.
Hot Shot is a five-reel, nine payline, and nine coin
slot machine. The multiple paylines increase your
chances of winning.
For every coin that you bet, you enable another payline.
You are paid out for winning combinations on enabled
paylines only.
Winnings are paid out on the highest combination
on each enabled payline only, except for scatter wins.
Scatter wins are added to payline wins.
You are paid out for winning combinations on enabled
paylines only, except for scatter wins. The Scatter
Trophy symbol can appear in any position on the reels.
The Wild Ball symbol does not substitute for a Scatter
Trophy symbol.
Malfunctions void all plays and pays.
Hot Shot has a wild symbol, and a scatter symbol.
The Wild Ball symbol is wild and can substitute for
all other symbol except the Scatter Trophy symbol
to complete winning combinations.
The Wild Ball symbol only appears in reels 2, 3 and
4.
Only one winning combination is paid out per enabled
payline. If there is more than one possible winning
combination on a payline, you are paid out the value
of the highest combination only.
Example:
.
The Scatter Trophy symbol is a scatter symbol. This
means that it does not need to appear in a line on
an enabled payline to win.
It can be scattered anywhere on the five reels provided
that three or more Scatter Trophy symbols appear.
Scatter wins are calculated by multiplying the Scatter
Trophy symbols payout by the total number of credits
bet.
Note:
If you have a scatter win and a regular win, you are
paid out for both wins, as the scatter symbol does
not need to appear on an enabled payline to win. The
scatter win is added to the payline win.
Example:
.
One Scatter Trophy symbol scattered anywhere on
the nine paylines, and two Wild Ball symbols displayed
on reels 2 and 3 do not complete a winning combination,
as the Wild Ball symbol does not substitute for a
Scatter Trophy symbol.
Two Scatter Trophy symbols scattered anywhere on
the nine paylines, and two Wild Ball symbols displayed
on reels 2 and 3 do not complete a winning combination,
as the Wild Ball symbol does not substitute for a
Scatter Trophy symbol.
If you have selected a 0.25 coin and bet 1 coin
on each of the 9 paylines, your total bet amount is
0.25 x 1 coin = 0.25 credits per payline x 9 paylines
= 2.25 total credits bet.
Three Scatter Trophy symbols, scattered anywhere
on the five reels, completes a scatter winning combination
as shown in the Payout Schedule. A three Scatter
Trophy symbols combination pays out the total number
of credits bet multiplied by 5. Therefore your total
payout is 2.25 total credits bet x 5 = 11.25 credits.
If you have selected a 0.50 coin and bet 1 coin
on each of the 9 paylines, your total bet amount
is 0.50 x 1 coin = 0.50 credits per payline x 9
paylines = 4.50 total credits bet.
Three Scatter Trophy symbols, scattered anywhere
on the five reels, and three Cap symbols on an enabled
payline, complete two winning combinations as shown
in the Payout Schedule. The three Scatter Trophy
symbols complete a scatter winning combination and
pays out the total number of credits bet multiplied
by 5. So, you are paid 4.50 total credits bet x
5 = 22.50 credits.
The three Cap symbols complete a 3 Cap winning
combination and pays out 10 coins. As you selected
a 0.50 coin size, you are paid 0.50 x 10 = 5 credits.
Therefore, your total payout is 22.50 credits +
5 credits = 27.50 credits.
.
symbols. The
treasure chests are the top paying symbols. This slot has a low
jackpot payout amount but pays out more than any other slot I
have ever played. This is one of a very few slots where I have
hit the top jackpot. The lowest winning combination (3 goldfish)
pays $100 for a max bet of $25 and hits often. As a matter of
fact I think it would be hard to lose on this slot. I never have.
. Symbols pay from left to right and right to left. (for example: two barrels counted from the left and three bottles counted from the right), you are paid for both combinations. If you have five symbols in a row, you are only paid once. The sheriff badge symbol is a wild symbol meaning it stands for any other symbol, like a joker in card games. Also, the wild symbol doubles any win in the combination it is in, but not cumulatively (that is, two wild symbols still multiply the win by 2 and not by 4). The Colt revolver symbol it is a scatter symbol when you get 2 to 5 of these symbols on the screen, you are paid according to the table shown on the winnings table (scatter win is calculated by multiplying the number on the respective row of the scatter pay table with your TOTAL bet, not just the line bet). The symbols have to lie consecutively, starting from the leftmost or rightmost reel. They don't have to follow any pay line. Scatter wins are added to pay line wins (if you don't have any pay line wins, you are only paid the scatter win).
