Slot machines fall into two categories,
Straight slot machine.- Slot machines that have set jackpot
payouts according to the machines' payout schedule.
For example.
If you are playing a straight quarter slot machine depending on it's
payout schedule, winning a jackpot by betting one quarter would give you
200 coins, a two quarter bet wins 600 coins and the max bet would win
you a jackpot of 2000 coins.
Progressive slot machine.- These slot machines have jackpots
which are tied into a bank of machines (more than one machine on a
row), a carousel of machines (group of machines on a round platform)
or even tied into other machines at different casinos.
Progressive slot machines will have an electronic board attached to
the top of the machine that displays the progressive jackpot. Each of
the slot machines in the progressive group, when played, increases the
progressive jackpot.
For example,
Say you walk into a casino and see a bank of "Wheel of Fortune"
progressive slot machines. You can see they are progressive by noticing
the payout schedule has progressive listed as the top jackpot.
Each time someone plays any machine on this progressive bank, the
electronic board displaying the jackpot increases.
When a player hits the progressive jackpot, they win whatever dollar
amount is listed on the electronic board.
Things to remember about progressive slots.
-The odds of winning are usually about 2% more. This really does not
matter since winning is a matter of luck anyway.
-Most importantly, in order to win the progressive jackpot you must
bet the maximum bet. If you don't feel comfortable betting the maximum,
I would chose a straight slot rather than playing a progressive slot
machine.
Even though the odds of winning on a progressive slot may only be a
tad bit more, there would be nothing worse then to be betting one coin
and hit the progressive jackpot, only to win a few hundred instead of
the thousands of dollars the max bet might return.

The
bonus game consists of a matador on the left side of the pay
table and a bull on the right side of the pay table. To
be eligible for
the bonus game you need to bet 3 credits. The bonus feature
starts when you spin a matador (reel 1) and a bull symbol
(reel 3) on the same
spin. The bonus game is a Bullfight. You can choose the winner
(click a symbol next to the paytable) – the bull or the matador. The bull symbol on the reel charges
the matador symbol. Either the bull will flatten the matador
or the matador will successfully dodge the bull. You win the
bonus (200 credits) if you have chosen the winner correctly.
If you made the wrong selection, a nominal amount is awarded
(10 credits).
slots pay from left to right and right to left. The symbols have to lie consecutively, starting from the leftmost or rightmost reel, to qualify as hits. If you have five symbols in a row, you are only paid once. The gopher, duck and catfish symbols are scatter symbols when you get 3 or more of these symbols (of the same kind) on the screen during one round, lying consecutively, you enter the bonus round. The symbols don't have to follow any pay line, meaning they can be on any position on the reel. In the bonus game, choose a driver, an iron and then a putter. You will win a prize based on these three clubs you choose. If you entered the bonus game with four scatter symbols and not just three, your prize is tripled. If you entered with five scatter symbols, your prize is multiplied by ten.

The Blue Star symbol is wild and substitutes for
any other symbol to complete winning combinations,
and increases the payout.
A single Blue Star symbol pays out 3x any combination
it completes.
Two Blue Star symbols pay out 9x any combination
they complete.
Three Blue Star symbols on the payline
create a winning combination as shown in the Payout
Table, and do not multiply your win.
Example:
1. A single Blue Star symbol on the payline completes
the winning combination of a single Cherry symbol.
With 2 coins bet, a single Cherry symbol combination
pays out 4 coins. However, a Blue Star symbol is displayed,
so the payout is 4 x 3 = 12 coins.
2. Two Blue Star symbols and a 3-Bar symbol on the
payline, combine to produce a three 3-Bar symbols
combination. With 2 coins bet, a three 3-Bar symbols
combination pays out 100 coins. However, two Blue
Star symbols are showing, so the payout is 100 x 9
= 900 coins.
3. Two Blue Star symbols and a Seven symbol on the
payline, combine to produce a three Seven symbols
combination. With 2 coins bet, a three Seven symbols
combination pays out 200 coins. However, two Blue
Star symbols are showing, so the payout is 200 x 9
= 1,800 coins.
